out the whole year. The house is named after its owner Sylvia and has
been enjoyed by the family for the past 5 years.
From 2008 the Sylvia Haz can be rented in conjunction with us for our
walking and riding holiday guests or independently. In either case you
will be met and greeted and shown around the house and we will be on
hand throughout your stay to help with any difficulties you may have. We
are just a telephone call away. Anyone staying at the house is very
welcome to join us on any tours that we may be running at the time.*
The house was completely renovated in 2000 into a modern house and
it features a luxury kitchen and downstairs dining area.The dining area
opens onto a paved patio, an ideal place to sit and relax while drinking
some fine wine.
There is also a bathroom on the ground floor.
The garden is enormous and well cared for, from spring until autumn the
flower beds burst with colour and you are welcome to help yourself to
the strawberries, black currants, red currants and apples which also
grow in the garden.
The first floor has 2 double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a large
living room. The living room can sleep another 2 persons as the sofa
easily converts into a large double bed. It is also very comfortable (I
know that from having spent many a night there).
There is another bathroom on the first floor too and a study which has
numerous books (in English) which you can read at your leisure.
The house features all the convenience of modern family life, the
kitchen is well equipped with oven, fridge, micro wave, washing
machine, the bathrooms are well stocked with clean fluffy towels, there
are two TV's, one downstairs the other upstairs, both of which are
connected to satellite TV enabling you to watch many programs in
English and there is also a computer with Internet connection.
